c-base is very much involved now in offering wifi backbone
for berlin's free wifi network radio/fm.

but i think starting a dorkbot taiwan would be great
to bring together taiwan's community and in step with international 
dorkbot groups... it was really fun in tokyo last time when there are 
about
50 people presenting their crazy ideas and pet projects!
